To rent an apartment in "Villaggio Turchese"

Villaggio Turchese is a beautiful newly-developed residence, situated in a great location on the island of Sardinia, near the beaches of the famous Costa Smeralda, where Sardinia's nicest sandy shores and picturesque villages can be found. The apartments will be rented out for the very first time from June 2010 onwards, and have just been completed and decorated.

The apartments

The apartments are between 60m2 and 75m2 large, and are suited for respectively 4 and 6 persons. They are fully furnished in the elegant and modern style of Chateau D'Ax. Each apartment has a living room with open kitchen, dishwasher and all the needed kitchen utensils, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious terrace or a garden. The residences have respectively 1 or 2 bedrooms, and a comfortable bunk-bed in the living room.   

The Villaggio

Each apartment has been developed in a typically Mediterranean style, giving it a light and sunny atmosphere. All houses are equipped with air-conditioning, a wonderful garden or balcony and an individual entrance. Furthermore, the Villaggio has a beautiful swimming pool, freely accessible for all our guests, and there is sufficient free parking space next to the Villaggio.

The park is located approximately 8km from Olbia Airport as well as the international harbour, making it very easily reachable from Northern Europe. Furthermore, the project is located in an ideal location to discover the Costa Smeralda, and the rest of Northern and Eastern Sardinia.

This is where Italians go on holiday, the residence is largely composed of houses owned by Italians.

Easily reachable by:

- Air, with the airport of Olbia located at 8km distance, and the airport of Alghero (Ryan air) located at 140km from the park.

- Boat/Ferry from many destinations in Northern Italy such as Genoa and Livorno, as well as Rome and Naples.
